Ereo provides AI responses using external model services. Responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs before relying on them, particularly for decisions with medical, legal, financial or safety consequences. Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to interfere with another person's account or access controls.
The application shows its current subscription prices, message-pack prices and plan limits before checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the interval shown by Stripe Checkout until cancelled. Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC. Purchased message credits and included allowances are tracked separately. A failed or uncertain AI operation is handled through the usage ledger; a provider may still charge Ereo for work already performed. Availability and supported features depend on configured provider access.
Use Manage subscription to view billing and cancellation options. Account deletion is separate and requires recent sign-in plus explicit approval for immediate cancellation of remaining subscriptions and cancellable pending payments. Unused credits are removed with the account. Deletion ends access and removes saved application content. It does not automatically issue a refund or decide any refund entitlement. Previously incurred payment obligations and applicable consumer rights are not determined by this software flow. Minimal billing records remain for the disclosed retention period.
Check the saved or unsaved indicator before closing a chat. This build supports saved text history and branches; permanent uploaded-file storage arrives in a later build. Temporary chats are not saved in normal history, but they still involve provider processing and usage records. The service operator must complete its legal identity, contact details and any required jurisdiction-specific contractual terms before public customer onboarding. These implementation notes do not substitute for those details or claim that this page satisfies every legal requirement.
